RJ-300B Ultrasonic debridement and negative pressure attraction 2 functions
Ultrasonic-Assisted Wound Debridement uses the cavitation effect. The ultrasonic vibrations of the UAW instrument generate cavitation bubbles in the irrigation solution. Those bubbles implode due to pressure changes and generate strong sonic shock waves, so-called microjets. Devitalized tissue and foreign bodies are removed from the wound bed and biofilms are disrupted. Healthy tissue is hardly affected due to its higher elastin content, so that the healing process can proceed rapidly.
Confidence: Biofilm is removed and bioburden is reduced.
Safety: Remove unhealthy tissue while minimizing unwanted bleeding with the confidence knowing that you're using the best debridement tool in the industry.
Proven: Maximizes wound bed prep and reduces wound surface area.
Key Aspects of Ultrasonic Debridement:
● Mechanism: Uses cavitation effect when creating mechanical vibrations, transferring energy to the wound bed to break down dead tissue.
● Effectiveness: It effectively reduces bacterial counts in chronic wounds and is often paired with irrigants like hypochlorous acid for better results.
● Advantages: It is often less painful, faster, and more precise than traditional surgical debridement methods, often allowing for treatment without anesthesia.
● Applications: Commonly used for chronic wound care, orthopedic surgery, and in plastic/reconstructive surgeries.
● Procedure: It is a form of mechanical debridement, which can be done in outpatient settings.
Benefits of Ultrasonic Debridement:
● Accelerated Healing: By removing necrotic tissue and debris, it encourages faster wound healing.
● Reduced Pain: It is a gentle, minimally invasive process.
● Reduced Man-Hours: It can lead to significantly reduced treatment time.
● Precision: It can target damaged tissue while preserving healthy tissue.

A compressor nebulizer typically lasts 5 to 10 years under normal home use conditions. Some well-maintained units continue to perform reliably beyond that range, while others may need replacement sooner depending on usage frequency, cleaning habits, and build quality. The compre...
When choosing between a compressor nebulizer and a piston nebulizer, the compressor nebulizer is generally the better choice for most patients with respiratory conditions such as asthma, bronchitis, and COPD. It delivers medication more reliably, handles a wider range of pharmac...
Yes — portable mesh nebulizers are genuinely good, and for many patients managing chronic or acute respiratory conditions, they represent a significant upgrade over traditional jet (compressor) nebulizers. They deliver medication efficiently, operate almost silently, and fit int...
For most patients requiring regular or portable inhalation therapy, a mesh nebulizer is the better choice—it is quieter, faster, more portable, and delivers medication more efficiently than a standard jet nebulizer. However, standard jet nebulizers remain the practical choice wh...
The key advantages of a mesh nebulizer include silent operation, portable handheld design, highly efficient medication delivery through vibrating mesh technology, and versatile power options including batteries and USB. These devices aerosolize liquid medications by pushing them...
